CommissionGuard help

A little context.
A clearer picture.

Getting started

Use your Google account to sign in, create a workspace, and add your website. Your workspace is the boundary for your sites and monitoring data.

What does read-only mean?

CommissionGuard inspects publicly accessible pages and links. It does not edit your content or replace your affiliate URLs. Your visitors continue to reach merchants directly.

A link can load and still lose attribution

An HTTP success response only tells us that a server responded. It cannot guarantee a commission. Affiliate identities and tracking parameters provide additional signals, but only your network can confirm an actual paid conversion.

Safe and deep verification

Structural inspection can identify affiliate parameters without visiting tracking endpoints. Following redirects may register activity with a network, so deep verification needs a separate policy. A result without destination verification must not be interpreted as a verified healthy destination.

Understanding uncertainty

Temporary errors, bot protection, and location differences can prevent a reliable result. An inconclusive check is not proof that your link is broken.

Configure your affiliate identity

Open Affiliate identities and enter the network, merchant host, tracking parameter and expected value. Use the exact identity issued by your affiliate network. Host matching includes subdomains and does not include lookalike domains.

Investigate an issue

The inbox links to affected source pages, current evidence and a timeline. Fix the source URL in your own website editor. A manual resolved status records your decision; it does not establish that a destination is healthy. Ignored issues remain in the inventory.

Enable a deep recheck

Owners and administrators can enable individual networks under Websites and acknowledge that verification may register tracking clicks. Rechecks consume a monthly deep-check credit, and a follow-up confirmation consumes another credit when needed. Disabling a network prevents subsequent queued checks from visiting its destination.

Understand scan coverage

Scans respect robots.txt and stay on the configured origin. Login-only pages, blocked paths and failed requests cannot establish complete coverage. The current worker processes small resumable batches, up to 10,000 successful pages per scan. Queue, request and time limits keep processing bounded; excluded or failed coverage remains partial. Unreachable pages are not evidence that their links disappeared.

Teams and workspace access

Owners and administrators invite members by email. Accept using the matching Google account before the invitation expires. Viewers can read monitoring results; members can manage incident states and scans. Billing is restricted to the workspace owner.

Alerts and reports

Choose your own alert severity and digest preferences in Settings. Sending requires a configured email provider. Reports show current status, while resolved counts cover all recorded history. CSV exports identify partial results when they exceed 1,000 rows.

Google Search Console

Connect the Google account with access to your property in Integrations. Access is read-only. Select the property to synchronize bounded search traffic data. Disconnect revokes the token and removes the stored secret; Search Console clicks are not affiliate conversions.

Billing and lifetime access

Checkout and invoice management open Stripe. Your subscription updates only after server verification. Owners can activate an issued lifetime license for their workspace. A license cannot be reused across workspaces.
