Sign-in storage
Firebase Authentication manages persistent sign-in state in browser storage. Signing out ends the current session. Google sign-in opens a Google authentication flow governed by Google’s own notices.
Workspace preference
A local storage entry named workspace_<user ID> remembers your selected workspace. It is a navigation preference and is not sent to merchants. Browser settings can remove stored preferences and sign-in state.
Search Console connection
The optional Search Console connection uses a short-lived cg_gsc_state cookie to bind the authorization callback to the browser that initiated it. The callback clears this cookie.
Analytics
This build does not initialize Google Analytics or advertising trackers. A Firebase measurement ID alone does not enable analytics in this application. Any later analytics integration needs a separate storage review and appropriate controls before activation.
Bot protection
Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise supplies invisible browser attestation through Firebase App Check for the free audit. It evaluates abuse signals and may use browser or device information under Google’s applicable notices.
Managing storage
You can clear local storage and authentication state in your browser. Essential sign-in, security and OAuth state are required for the requested features to work. CommissionGuard does not initialize advertising cookies or Google Analytics.
