Account and monitoring data
Google sign-in supplies your account identity. Workspaces contain membership, websites, affiliate identities, source placements, monitoring findings and usage records. Public page URLs and affiliate parameters can contain personal information; do not submit private pages or credentials.
Optional integrations
Connecting Search Console authorizes access to selected search performance data. Integration credentials are stored through Google Secret Manager. Email notifications require a configured delivery provider. Enabled outbound webhooks send issue and scan information to the endpoints your workspace administrators configure.
Public audits
The optional free audit stores a limited source-only result for up to 24 hours. Browser verification uses Firebase App Check with Google reCAPTCHA Enterprise. A private receipt and verified Google sign-in are required to reveal source placements.
Service providers and location
CommissionGuard uses Google Cloud and Firebase for hosting, authentication, storage and processing, Google Search Console when connected, and Resend for transactional email. Firestore uses the European eur3 region, Cloud Run uses europe-west1, and Resend routes sending through Ireland. Some providers may process or store limited data outside the EEA under their applicable transfer safeguards.
Retention and deletion
Workspace data remains until an owner deletes the workspace or the account relationship ends. Public audits expire after 24 hours; browser evidence, delivery records, operational logs, audit records and privacy-bounded product telemetry expire after 90 days. Search Console traffic snapshots expire after 35 days and team invitations after 7 days. Provider backups can persist for their standard recovery periods.
Your choices and rights
We process account and service data to provide the service, protect it from abuse and meet legal obligations. Optional integrations are connected only at your request and can be disconnected. Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, objection or portability by contacting the privacy address below. You may also complain to the Romanian National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing.
